Before starting Bone Daddy Knives, Ben & Sherry Barto owned and operated Barto Wildlife Collectables.

Ben Barto is a self-taught artist born and raised in Rock Springs, Wyoming. He developed an early love and appreciation of wildlife by fishing and hunting in the Wind River Mountain Range with his father. Ben started carving 35 years ago and has developed an exquisite line of lapel pins, magnets, Christmas ornaments . He requires only a photograph of any subject to create a 3D collectible. Once Ben carves an original piece, he initials it “BCB”, copyrights it and then makes a master mold.

Sherry is also a self-taught artist born and raised in Roosevelt, Utah. Her love of wildlife is portrayed in the beauty of each piece her brush creates. Sherry and her staff of artists bring the collectable’s to life by hand-painting them with great care and detail.

Her expertise also lies in the administrative duties to insure customer satisfaction. Sherry paints the first original of every master
and skillfully trains the other artist the exact detail of bringing it to life. The combination of these two artistic talents bring to you
